Bloc B Philippines Return & Exchange Policy

In addition to your rights and guarantee provided by Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394) as a customer, you are also given the right to have your item/s returned then exchanged for a another size or color provided that it meets the following guidelines:

  • The item must not be used.  The shoes must be returned in their original condition, labels, and packaging.
  • The items must be returned to us within 7 days after purchase.

For items under “Online Customization”, we DO NOT accept returns due to change of mind unless the items are damaged, in line with customer guarantee guidelines.

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Your copy of the official receipt as proof of purchase is REQUIRED for refunds processing.
We will gladly accept your full-priced items provided that you return within 7 days after purchase.  Any item returned beyond 7 days will not be accepted.

Please note the following:

  • Full priced item/s can be returned for exchange only.
  • If you would like to request for an exchange, please contact us through This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
  • All items will be reviewed individually upon return according to this Return & Exchange Policy. If your return meets the guidelines of the said policy, we will exchange it for another item of your choice.
  • If we receive an item that doesn’t meet the guidelines of this Return & Exchange Policy, the item will be considered void.
  • The item/s you chose to return to us is/are your responsibility until we have received it. We are not liable for items that are lost in transit through your courier provider. We recommend securing a tracking document/proof of postage for the item/s you are returning.
  • You shall be responsible for any shipping charges incurred when returning your product to us. This is unless the item/s comes in damaged or not as ordered.

Returns are processed 5 days upon receipt. You will receive a notification email and/or a phone call once your return has been processed.

Sale & Discount Code Items

Sale item purchases (items bought with discount codes included) are considered final and cannot be exchanged unless the item/s arrives damaged.

Damaged Items

All damaged items are eligible for return for exchange in reference to your customer rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).
